INSURANCE

We take most major insurances in Washington State. These are:

·     AETNA

·     BlueCross BlueShield

·     First Choice Health

·     Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health)

·     LifeWise Health Plan

·     MODA/ODS

·     Premera

·     Regence

We do NOT accept Medicare nor do they cover acupuncture. Medicare Advantage plans with coverage will be accepted.

Please make sure to call your insurance before setting an appointment and find out if you are eligible to receive acupuncture treatments. 

OUT-OF-POCKET

If your insurance does not cover acupuncture, we have a self-pay rate (increased as of 09/01/2017) of:

• $185 for the first visit (90 minutes)

• $125 per visit (60 minutes) after the initial consult
